3. Website Use and Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or 16 with parental consent in accordance with GDPR) to use our website and register for Events. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

To register for Events, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

4. Ticket Purchase and Registration
4.1 Ticket Types
We offer various ticket types (General Admission, VIP, Speaker, Exhibitor, etc.) with different benefits and restrictions. Ticket prices, availability, and benefits are subject to change.
4.2 Pricing and Payment
- All prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated
- Prices include applicable VAT where required by law
- Payment must be made in full at the time of registration
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers
- Early bird discounts are valid until the specified date
- Group discounts may be available for 5+ registrations
4.3 Confirmation
Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email with:
- Order number and ticket details
- Event date, time, and location
- Receipt/invoice for your payment
- Instructions for accessing your ticket
4.4 Ticket Validity
- Tickets are valid only for the Event and date specified
- Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated
- Each ticket admits one person only
- You must present valid photo ID matching your registration
- Duplicate or fraudulent tickets will not be honored
5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes
5.1 Attendee Cancellation
If you need to cancel your registration:
- More than 30 days before Event: 80% refund (20% administrative fee)
- 15-30 days before Event: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before Event: No refund
- After Event start date: No refund
To request a cancellation, email tickets@techsummit.com with your order number.
5.2 Event Cancellation by Organizer
If we cancel an Event for any reason:
- We will provide reasonable notice via email and website
- You will receive a full refund of your ticket price
- We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs
- Alternatively, you may transfer your ticket to a future Event
5.3 Event Changes
We reserve the right to:
- Change Event dates, times, or locations with reasonable notice
- Modify the Event program, speakers, or content
- Substitute speakers or cancel sessions without liability
- Limit attendance for capacity or safety reasons
Minor changes do not entitle attendees to refunds. Major changes will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5.4 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or venue unavailability.
6. Event Participation and Conduct
6.1 Code of Conduct
All attendees must adhere to our Code of Conduct:
- Treat all participants, staff, and speakers with respect
- No harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior
- No disruptive or violent conduct
- Respect intellectual property and confidentiality
- Follow all venue rules and safety guidelines
- Dress professionally and appropriately
6.2 Removal and Denial of Entry
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse entry or remove anyone violating these Terms
- Remove anyone behaving inappropriately or dangerously
- Deny entry to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Ban individuals from future Events
No refunds will be provided for removal or denial of entry.
6.3 Networking and Badge Scanning
- Badge scanning is used for networking and lead generation
- Your contact information may be shared with exhibitors/sponsors whose booths you visit
- You can opt out of data sharing at registration or on-site

6.4 Photography and Recording
- Photography and videography may occur during Events
- By attending, you consent to being photographed/recorded
- We may use photos/videos for marketing purposes
- If you do not wish to be photographed, notify staff on-site
7. Intellectual Property Rights

All Content on our website and at Events is owned by Tech Summit or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our Content without permission

7.2 Speaker and Exhibitor Content
- Presentations and materials remain the property of speakers
- Unauthorized recording or distribution is prohibited
- Some content may be made available post-Event with permission

If you submit content (comments, questions, posts):
- You retain ownership but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it
- You represent that you have the right to submit the content
- You agree not to submit offensive, illegal, or infringing content
- We may remove any content at our discretion
